North Perry Tie Downs is located on the South side of Hollywood's North Perry Airport (KHWO). We offer monthly rentals of tie-down spots for both single engine and twin-engine aircraft. We're located next to Flight Support And Logistics – a full-service maintenance facility with A&P mechanics on staff providing air, oil, tug, repairs, and ground support services.

With over 500 aircraft based at HWO and high demand for hangar space, we've partnered with Broward County and North Perry Airport management to offer quality tie-down spaces to the general aviation community.

Tie-down spots provide an affordable alternative to T hangars or box hangars while keeping your aircraft at North Perry Airport. North Perry's central location provides easy access to other South Florida airports including Opa Locka, Fort Lauderdale Executive, Pompano, Boca Raton, and Fort Lauderdale International.

We've completed construction of 31 new tie-down spots. Even if you're not looking for aircraft parking right now, we encourage you to add your name to our growing list of interested aircraft owners. We expect high demand now that our new facility is complete.
